Anna Belmund is the daughter of Robert Heimdallson and Natalia Belmund from another dimension and timeline. She is one of the Impossible Twins, along with Baqir bin Ophelia al Alimid, the son of Robert and Ophelia bint Baqir al Alimid from the same alternate dimension.

==Early Life==

Anna and Baqir were originally conceived through choudenji energy, a mysterious power emanated from the material choudenjium, so named due to their discovery in the Choudenji Mountains. That universe's Robert Heimdallson had a small amount implanted in his skull, which resulted in various effects.

Anna and Baqir immediately grew to the age of approximately 11 in a week, their massive psychic powers pulling education about the world and such from the people around them.

Sadly, a rift formed in the universe as the result of the destruction of another nearby one, and with the last of their immense powers they exited the dying world, where untold copies were sent throughout the multiverse.

While still terse, Anna has become relatively more well adjusted. She has embraced her goth side, using magic to dye her fur white and her hair black most of the time. Only rarely does she let her father's colors return to her body.

She studies computer science in Nakishwana university, finding its close resemblance to arcane magicks comforting, if irritating.

==Personality==

Anna used her powers very liberally, and so had a very hard time adjusting to life without them. Having to actually speak, walk, and use her hands instead of beaming her thoughts directly into people's heads and copious amounts of telekinesis was a very large adjustment, and it left her with some emotional issues.

Anna loves her father, finding him oddly comforting even if he looks nothing like the lion that sired her. She enjoys his visits and spending time with him She initially felt strange about her fur changing to his pattern upon arriving to this universe, but eventually got used to it.

Anna has a strained relationship with her mother Natalia. The two are very different, and Natalia had a hard time trying to adjust to Anna's needs. There is love there, however, and there's as many warm times as frustrations. [clean this up later]

Baqir is the only person Anna feels truly understands her. Though the psychic bond is gone, they are so close that they almost have something like it anyway.

Anna enjoys Queenie's company. She chafes a little at how softly she's treated by this stranger she never knew, but once she gets to know her, their time together gets enjoyable.

Anna really loves Nadya Florica. Her great grandmother's patience and fun personality endears her, and few other people can get a smile out of Anna like Nadya can.

Queenie was one of many children artificially inseminated from the preserved seed of Robert Heimdallson. She was the last child Natalia had before her death in Queenie's original timeline.

From a very young age, Queenie was trained in the arts of stealth and combat. A very intelligent child, she also picked up whatever she could from what books remained in the doomed world.

When she was 11, the Horrorgoddess Anna had finally found the secret base the remnants of the Belmund clan were living in, and in an act of desperation, Queenie was sent back in time to prevent the thing that would make this timeline happen: Baqir choking to death on a fish bone. Failing this, she was to kill Anna before she could become the Horrorgoddess. Queenie was chosen for this mission because she was the only one small enough to fit into the time machine's payload chamber.

However, backwards time travel is impossible. This resulted in that universe's destruction, which set off a chain reaction that destroyed other related universes and sent infinite copies of Queenie throughout the multiverse.

==World A==

Queenie materialized in the park in Robert's neighborhood. Robert and his wife Beth happened to be taking a walk at the time. Upon finding her, they listened to her story and found it a little hard to believe, until Anna and Baqir materialized a short distance away a few minutes later. Queenie reacted with fear at first, but when she saw that neither of the impossible twins had the glow of choudenjium in their eyes, she calmed down. Upon realizing that this dog was in fact her father, she broke down in relief and joy that she wouldn't have to carry out her grim mission after all.

All three of the time travelling children were brought to the medical offices of Dr. Diya Singh for medical examination and DNA testing. The testing revealed with no doubts whatsoever that Robert was the biological father of all three children, and that Natalia was the mother of Anna and Queenie, while Ophelia was the mother of Baqir. It was also at this meeting that Queenie met her mother Natalia for the first time.

It was quickly settled that the three would each be taken care of by one parent. Anna moved in with Natalia, Baqir moved in with Ophelia, and Queenie chose to live with her father Robert.

Queenie is positively spoiled by Robert, who does his best to be a loving and attentive father to her.

==World A1==

Being brought up by Robert (and her grandmothers Maja and Bessie), Queenie had a very stable upbringing. She has been attending college, majoring in literature, but still lives at home since public transportation allows her to commute to the university very easily. She has developed into a partier to rival her mother's reputation, and there aren't many of her peer group who can't say they haven't had a night with Queenie at least once at some point.

==World B==

Queenie materialized outside of the Riverbend Mall during the night. She broke her way in and stole clothes and equipment, since the mechanics of the time travel attempt forbade her from bringing anything with her, even clothes. She started searching for her father, knowing she'd have to find him before her mission could begin.

She quickly found out from the level of technology that she had been sent too far back, and once she started attending school under an assumed name, this was confirmed when she met her father and mother, who were only a year older than she was.

Shortly afterwards, Anna and Baqir would show up, not bothering with assumed identities. They would be taken in by Nadya Florica and be raised alongside their mother and aunt, respectively. Upon learning that they had arrived without any psychic powers, Queenie at last relaxed, overcome that she wouldn't have to carry out her grim mission after all. She soon came clean to Robert, and then to his parents, about who she was. She was swiftly taken in by them and was raised in the same house as her father and aunt.

==Personality==

Queenie is incredibly sharp. Unlike her mother, Queenie has a keen attention span and can think on her feet. Her razor intellect is honed on whatever books she can read.

Since her mission is completely moot, she just enjoys the new life she has stretching before her. She loves to make friends and try everything at least once. Like her mother, she excels at climbing, jumping, and gymnastics. She has even taken up dancing.

Queenie often has an acerbic wit, able to deftly use wordplay to crack jokes and tease others, but it's all in good fun and she genuinely cares about people around her.

Queenie loves her siblings Anna and Baqir, and visits them as often as she can. She finds herself especially soft on Anna, since she has an incredibly difficult time managing without the choudenji powers she's used to, which has a powerful effect on Anna's psyche. She does enjoy hanging around Baqir, enjoying his laid back attitude.

Queenie loves her father a lot, even if he doesn't quite match the stories, being a dim, soft dog man rather than the lion she'd learned of in her youth.

Queenie has mixed feelings about her mother; whenever she visits her, she finds that their personalities kind of grate against each other. They don't get along as well as she'd hoped, but there is love betwen them.

Queenie likes her stepmother. Beth gets along with her pretty well.

Queenie adores her great grandmother Nadya Florica, who 100% lives up to every single story she's heard. She actively looks forward to every visit with her.

==Early Life==

Nadya Florica, born under a different name now lost, was born in modern day North Zolnit shortly after The Final World War. She was born the youngest of four children. Her father suspected (correctly) that she was the illegitimate child of a soldier who'd been here during the wrap up of hostilities and rebuilding. She was sent to a boarding school at an early age, a boarding school of the kind that was a reason for the later civil war and north/south split. At the age of eight she escaped and ran away.

Over the next eight years she went from town to town, country to country, using the skills she'd picked up, including a discovered gift for singing and dancing, to survive and make her way west.

At sixteen, she stowed away on an ocean crossing cargo ship to arrive in The Great Turtle Federation, where she found fellow Zolniti diaspora communities, as well as communities of other countries that spoke a similar language, including Freedonian exiles. She learned English and toured with several musical acts. It's when she arrived and applied for citizenship that she named herself Nadya Florica.

==Musical Career==

One day, a television promoter caught her act, and offered to give her a spot on a popular variety show of the day, performing with the up and coming group The Rattles. The performance got the highest ratings of any television show up to that point. She would peform on the show every week for the next three years.

At this point she was in a relationship with Rattles vocalist and songwriter Hector Richardson. This relationship would last for the entire run on the variety act. Shortly after the end of their third year on the show, Nadya was pregnant. This ended her appearance on the show, and the Rattles shifted to a period of recording studio albums for the time. Arguments about what to do about the child soured the relationship between Nadya and Hector, and they broke up very nastily. Nadya would never work with the Rattles again while Hector was alive.

She fled to the state of Franklin, and lived in their capital city Nakishwana, where she gave birth to her daughter. Nadya gave her up for adoption, a decision that remains one of her largest regrets. After recovering from the birth of her daughter, she tried to build a solo career, and met with some success. While she never attained the heights she had with her time with the Rattles, who'd imploded about a year after she left the band, she still remained a well liked and popular performing artist, and toured all over the country and even overseas on occasion.

The good times wouldn't last however. Nobody knows exactly what happened, and Nadya refuses to talk about it, but an event happening upon her brief return to the east coast shook her to her core. Between this and changing musical tastes, she left the music industry, cashing in what was left of her popularity in a series of sexually explicit movies and photoshoots, before eventually retiring.

==Retirement==

She returned to Nakishwana and tried to reconnect with the daughter she'd left there, but upon arriving found that she and her husband had both died. She further found that her granddaughter Natalia Belmund was in custody, having been found a delinquent orphan on the street. She later learned that her other granddaughter was not only alive, but in the care of the Wali-Emir of the Alimid Republic. She wrote a letter introducing herself as the grandmother of the girl now named Ophelia bint Baqir al Alimid and requesting that she move to Nakishwana so she could see her granddaughter again. This was granted, Ophelia moving there in the care of her foster mother Qabilah, who was Baqir's favorite concubine.

Raising a child in her 50s was her biggest challenge, but Nadya took to it with some panache.

Nadya Florica is a charming, witty conversationalist, deliberately cultivating her Zolniti accent to sound exotic. She can play any musical instrument she comes across within five minutes of it being in her hands.
